According to the World Health Organization, as many as 500 million individuals worldwide lack consistent access to menstrual products. Also in Poland.

Research shows that in Poland, as many as 39% of women from low-income households have had to choose between purchasing menstrual products and other household expenses.
Let's change that!

OUR MISSION

We believe in systemic assistance and creating long-lasting, effective solutions to the problem of menstrual poverty. It's crucial to us that every person in need receives help tailored to their needs.

OUR VISION

We aim to create conditions where menstruators are not limited by their periods, and where physiology is not a taboo subject. We can achieve this through societal education, which is the best foundation for bringing about change.

OUR ASPIRATIONS

We strive to eliminate the issue of menstrual poverty in Poland. Our goal is to ensure universal access to menstrual products and to educate a society full of empathy.

ACTION MENSTRUATION IN YOUR SCHOOL

Since September 2020, we have been providing Polish schools with boxes with accessible and regularly sending new supplies. No one should miss classes because of their period. During the 2022/2023 school year, we reached 127,000 people in 616 schools across Poland. To continue our work, we need your help!

02

PADSHARING

We connect individuals in need of menstrual products with our donors – through special forms and an additional email address, we arrange purchases that the person in need can pick up at a designated store. For the greatest comfort of those in need, the entire process is anonymous.

In November 2023, we decided to temporarily suspend the program for reconstruction purposes - we will keep you informed about the progress of the work in the Project tab.

PERIODIC ASSISTANCE  POINT

Throughout Poland, we set up publicly accessible lockers where our volunteers regularly place supplies of menstrual products. This is possible thanks to the involvement of the local community, involved in the process of choosing the right locations for lockers, setting them up, as well as regularly replenishing menstrual products.

WHAT DO WE DO?

The fight against menstrual poverty is fought on many fronts – we provide access to hygiene products in schools, distribute menstrual cups, send packages of hygiene products to those in need, support other non-governmental organizations, and provide publicly accessible cabinets with menstrual products. We break taboos and educate.

We approach the issue of menstrual poverty comprehensively.
