Accessible menstrual products in your company!
Together with our partner Heyday, we will provide you with personalized dispensers for menstrual products. By opting for this solution, you simultaneously support our statutory goals, as Heyday will donate 2 PLN to Akcja Menstruacja for fighting menstrual poverty for every dispenser sold.
Menstrual education – educational workshops in your workplace
Educating society about menstruation is one of the best ways to combat menstrual poverty. Therefore, our team has developed numerous workshop scenarios that allow us to share knowledge about menstrual health and hygiene, as well as menstrual poverty, in an accessible way. All our workshops are available in Polish and English - to learn more about them, please contact us at kontakt@akcjamenstruacja.pl. We are eager to discuss your needs, tailor the appropriate workshop, or create a new scenario and set a date for one of our educators to visit your company!
Menstruation-friendly workplace
If you want your company to be a place where every menstruating person feels comfortable, you've come to the right place! We are happy to provide you with consultation on what amenities for menstruating individuals you can introduce in your company, and we will support you in implementing such changes. Our Head of Board, available at paulina.wasiluk@akcjamenstruacja.pl, will gladly discuss menstrual policies tailored to the needs of your company with you.
Akcja Menstruacja in Your School
According to research conducted by Procter&Gamble, 1 in 10 schoolgirls in the UK and 1 in 5 in the United States have missed classes due to a lack of menstrual products. This can lead to learning difficulties, ultimately reducing girls' chances of achieving their life goals.
Following the solutions in the UK, where menstrual products are available not only in schools but also universities, we are starting a menstrual revolution in Polish schools! Our goal is to regularly supply as many institutions as possible with pads and tampons, so that no student must stay home due to their physiology. Unfortunately, this involves significant financial outlay, so we suggest becoming a patron of a school, which you can personally choose - this way, you will directly impact equalizing the opportunities for students in your community.
Period Assistance Point
We strive to ensure that our proposed activities are as comprehensive as possible, which is why we have created Period Assistance Points. Their main goal is accessibility.
What does this mean? Lockers are installed in public places, from which anyone in need can take menstrual products. Completely anonymously and free of charge, without having to explain why they need them. If you own a space where such a Point could be established or know of a place where we can install a locker, please let us know! Your small gesture of agreeing to install our Point can help many individuals!

Menstrual product collections
In Poland, there is still a problem with recognizing the issue of menstrual poverty. As a result, few people think about donating menstrual products to those in need. In fulfilling our statutory goals, we not only conduct our own projects but also support other organizations helping menstruators. These organizations often do not have enough money in their budget for such items, forcing them to opt for low-quality ones, thus not providing full comfort to their beneficiaries.
Conducting our activities is possible thanks to people from all over Poland who organize collections of menstrual products. You can also organize one in your office and start a discussion about this social problem in your work environment. The collected donations will be sent to one of the organizations cooperating with us.
Poster initiative
You can start making changes yourself! All you need to do is print and set up a "pocket poster" – cutting and gluing it in the right places will create a pocket for several pads and tampons - the idea of the poster is mutual aid. Hang it in a public restroom and show your coworkers that you care about their comfort! You can download the poster HERE - completely free of charge.
