Are you looking for a volunteer opportunity that allows you to develop in your chosen area? Do you want to take activist action? You're in the perfect place! Individuals who collaborate with us decide for themselves which area of fighting menstrual poverty they want to engage in. We are open to new ideas and projects - we treat everyone as partners!
WHO WILL WE BE HELPING TOGETHER?
Let's start by focusing on what's most important to us - those in need. We help individuals affected by menstrual poverty, belonging to various social groups, marginalized by society due to financial situation, social status, disability, beliefs, and more.
We take great care of their privacy - our assistance reaches them through other organizations that know their needs and know what will be best for them.
However, we don't just limit ourselves to helping those most in need - we believe that menstrual products are a basic necessity and we do everything in our power to make them universally accessible. Together, we want to bring about real change - for everyone.

At Akcja Menstruacja, we work on several projects simultaneously - but there is always room for developing new ones. That's why there is an opportunity for everyone to act here.
Our volunteer network is a group of people with different personalities and interests. However, everyone shares the energy to help, sensitivity, and the desire to make important changes!
We want your work to be as fulfilling and interesting as possible, so we want to make the decision about what you will be doing together with you.
One of the basic activities of volunteers is organizing local collections of menstrual products and taking care of Period Assistance Points, and although it may sound quite simple, it is crucial! Each collection is a separate story - finding the right place, obtaining permission, proper documentation, logistics, promotion… However, besides collections, you can engage in other areas of our activities - using your skills and interests. Together we will certainly find your perfect place in Akcja Menstruacja volunteering, and our coordinators will support you every step of the way!

HOW TO BECOME A VOLUNTEER?
If you are ready to take action, send an email to wolontariat@akcjamenstruacja.pl expressing your willingness to join our volunteering and briefly describing yourself!
We want to get to know you and your skills so that together we can decide how best to use them for the fight against menstrual poverty. We will get back to you as soon as possible to determine which actions in our volunteering are most suitable for you. We will also invite you to a short online conversation, during which we will tell you a bit about ourselves and ask about your expectations regarding volunteering. Don't worry - it won't be a job interview, but rather a coffee meeting.
If you ultimately decide to join us, we will add you to our group of volunteers on Facebook, sign a volunteer agreement, and start working!
