If you are fleeing war in Ukraine and need menstrual products, below you will find various forms of assistance that we offer.
Period Assistance Point
The Period Assistance Point is a project aimed at providing access to free menstrual products to as many people as possible. PAP is a locker from which anyone can anonymously and completely free of charge take pads and tampons. We set up cabinets in publicly accessible places known to the local community.
All Points are under the care of a volunteer, who regularly replenishes menstrual products.

In 2024, the Foundation is implementing a project for refugees from Ukraine with the support of the RAJA Danièle Marcovici Foundation. As part of the project we are organizing workshops on menstrual health and reusable menstrual products in 5 aid points:
Fundacja im. Julii Woykowskiej, ul. Wolnica 7/8, Poznań - 26.02.24 from 12:30 to 14:00.
Centrum Wsparcia Ukrainy, al. Niepodległości 749, Sopot - 06.03.24 from 17:00 to 18:30.
Centrum Wielokulturowe, ul. Zabłocie 20, budynek A, piętro I, Kraków - 13.03.24 from 18:00 to 19:30.
Fundacja Regionalne Centrum, ul. Wita Stwosza 23, Gdańsk - 10.04.24 from 17:00 to 18:30

Each participant will receive 2 pairs of menstrual underwear or a menstrual cup for themselves and their daughter.
We also organized one comprehensive online workshop on reusable menstrual products. It was held on March26, 2024.

We also send reusable menstrual products to parcel lockers (paczkomaty) throughout Poland. If you are interested, please fill out the Form.
As part of the support from the RAJA Danièle Marcovici Foundation, we can also send a supply of single-use menstrual products to organizations that provide products to their Ukrainian community.
Assistance under this project is mainly intended for mothers of three or more children, mothers of children up to 6 years of age, mothers of children with disabilities, women with disabilities, and young menstruators (up to 25 years of age).
