If you are fleeing the war in Ukraine and are in need of menstrual products, below you will find the various forms of assistance we offer.

Period Assistance Point

The Period Assistance Point is a project to ensure that as many people as possible have access to free menstrual products. The PAP is a cabinet from which any person can take sanitary pads and tampons anonymously and completely free of charge. We put the lockers in places that are accessible to the public and known to the local community.

 

All PAPs are under the care of a volunteer and are regularly replenished with menstrual products by them.

The Foundation carried out two projects for refugee women from Ukraine with the support of the organization humanitarian Oxfam. As part of the second project, in 6 aid-points (in Cracow, Warsaw, Wrocław, Gdynia and Gdańsk) 240 vouchers worth PLN 36,80 were distributed for traditional menstrual products to be used in the Biedronka chain of stores and 60 vouchers for 3 pairs menstrual pants by WIMIN for use in its online store. Support Foundation by Oxfam ended on May 6, 2023.


In the first project, we distributed 125 vouchers for traditional menstrual products worth PLN 80,00 to Biedronka stores and 55 vouchers for 3 pairs of WIMIN menstrual pants.

Vouchers for menstrual products will be for mothers of three or more children, mothers of a child up to the age of six, mothers of
a child with a disability and women with a disability. Coupons for menstrual briefs will be for young menstruating people (up to 25 years of age) and women with disabilities.

Fill in the Form or send an email to padsharing@akcjamenstruacja.pl, in which you declare how much you are willing to sponsor a package for.

 

We will contact you when we are approached by a person in need of help for the amount you have declared - the email will tell you what to buy and which Rossman shop to choose as a collection point. You will give us and our email as the recipient - this way the person in need will remain anonymous and we will only send them a code to collect their order.
